To all our couples that have had to or are in the process of rescheduling weddings due to the COVID-19 outbreak we want you to know it is our top priority to accomodate you. If you are considering rescheduling, let us know so we can hold a new date for you. If you are experiencing financial hardship talk to us and we will set up a payment plan for you.  

We will all get through this together! We can’t wait to get back out there and do what we do best; capturing and sharing all your love stories. In the meantime, if you have the means to support our small-business check out the bottom of the page for ways to help us out.

"What is your policy regarding postponed weddings?"

 

We are currently working with our clients on an individual basis to best accommodate your new wedding date. If we have availability we will hold the new date for you as soon as you confirm it with us. We will send you a date change addendum to your contract for you to sign. We can only lock in the date for you once we have official confirmation of your reschedule.

"Will my current deposit be used for my new date?"

Yes, your deposit will still count towards your new date.

"When will my remaining balance be due?"

In order to provide some flexibility to our clients we have set up a couple of different payment options for your remaining balance. If you have the means you are welcome to pay your remaining balance by your original wedding date. If you'd rather pay later, your remaining balance will be due two weeks before your new wedding date. We can also set up a payment plan for you if you'd like to pay some of your balance now and the rest later.

"What if you are not available on our new date?"

We have a large network of trustworthy and talented videographers that we can assign to your new date in the event your original lead videographer is unavailable. If we still can't find any coverage for your date, we will refund you your balance less the original non-refundable retainer.
